One outdoor unit can serve many rooms, each at its own temperature. We size the system, run the copper, mount every indoor unit and commission it to the manufacturer's procedure.
What is included
Heat load and unit selection
Capacity worked out zone by zone before any equipment is ordered.
Outdoor unit installation
Positioning, vibration mounts and airflow clearances on the roof or service yard.
Indoor units
Cassette, ductable, wall and floor units fixed and levelled.
Refrigerant piping
Insulated copper with brazed joints and correctly sized branch joints.
Controls and wiring
Communication cabling, remotes and central controllers set up and addressed.
Testing and commissioning
Nitrogen pressure test, deep vacuum, refrigerant top-up and a full test run.

One system, four kinds of indoor unit
A single outdoor unit can feed any mix of these.
Cassette
Sits flush in the false ceiling and throws air in four directions.
Ductable
Hidden above the ceiling, feeding several grilles through short ducts.
Wall mounted
The familiar high-wall unit, for cabins and rooms.
Floor standing
For spaces without a false ceiling or a free wall.
Four steps from enquiry to handover
Survey and load calculation
We study the building, its zones and working hours, and calculate the cooling each zone needs.
Layout and piping drawing
Unit positions, pipe routes and branch points are drawn and agreed before work starts.
Installation
Units, piping, drains and control wiring are installed alongside the interior work.
Commissioning and handover
The system is pressure tested, vacuumed, charged and test run, then handed over with its records.
Typical applications
Offices
Cabins and open floors on separate settings
Hotels
Individual control in every room
Hospitals
Wards and OPDs that run all day
Large residences
One system for the whole home
Questions about VRV/VRF installation
Is there a difference between VRV and VRF?
They are the same technology. VRV is a trade name used by Daikin, and VRF is the general term used by other manufacturers.
Can a VRF system be added to an existing building?
Yes. The refrigerant pipes are small in diameter, so retrofits are usually easier than with a ducted central plant. We survey the pipe routes first.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size. A single office floor can be a few days of site work, while a multi-floor building runs over weeks alongside the interiors. We give a schedule with the estimate.
